Important Update
*** Important Notice *** from FinCEN.gov regarding BOI reporting requirements. See below

On December 3, 2024, a federal district court in the Eastern District of Texas issued a nationwide preliminary injunction in the case of Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc. v. Garland. This court order temporarily blocks the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act’s (CTA) Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements.

In light of a recent federal court order, reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do while the order remains in force. However, reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit beneficial ownership information reports.

We are pleased to announce that, with FinCEN’s filing system reinstated through their API, our BOI filing service is once again available. For businesses that prefer to stay proactive and ensure compliance ahead of any future developments, our streamlined and secure service offers peace of mind for your reporting needs.

While the injunction is in effect, FinCEN has not announced any changes to the reporting requirements or deadlines and continues to accept BOI reports through their website. By using our service, you can voluntarily submit your BOI report quickly and with confidence. As the legal proceedings evolve, we will continue to monitor updates closely and keep you informed of any significant changes. If you have questions or would like to get started with your filing, feel free to reach out to us today.
